About us

SWIFT MFI is a trailblazing micro-finance institution, run entirely by youth. Since our inception as a student entity in 2019, we have grown into one of the world's largest youth-operated micro-finance banks. Our mission is simple: to empower women and families living below the poverty line with interest-free loans that help them build a brighter future.

Through our innovative model and partnerships with organizations around the world, we have been able to make a real difference in the lives of borrowers in over 77 countries. To date, we have provided more than 2700 interest-free loans, allowing our borrowers to start businesses, pay for education, and improve their overall quality of life.
